Er we found "to hurry, to retreat, to run away from home" jisho is in the way, erm okay "to run, to travel" so I'm thinking er that it means so the first bit is that "there's a lot of trains and things like taxis" erm and that it's busy that people are there's a lot of vehicles moving around erm so that would be my guess from that there's something happening there's something there's a lot of er things doing it lot of er people and that erm that the second kanji says "to travel, movement of vehicles or to run" I don't think it's "to run" we've it's er already established that it's vehicles so my guess is that the whole thing is saying that "in Mumbai" erm "there's a lot of people that live there" erm and "there's a lot of vehicles such as trains and and taxis that are moving all over the place". Er ままに［日本語で発話する］ the next kanji again I'm not familiar with but I'm gonna continue to see if I can get the understanding of of what's going on.
